This course equips construction workers with the essential knowledge and skills to identify, manage, and safely work in confined spaces. It covers hazard recognition, appropriate safety procedures, and emergency preparedness — ensuring a safe working environment and compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) legislation.
Learners will understand the risks of working in spaces such as trenches, tunnels, manholes, and basements, and how to take effective precautions to protect themselves and others.
