The purpose of this course is to prepare learners to operate as Timber Forwarder Machine Operators.
Learners will be able to:
- Transport (forward) logs to the landing
- Plan and monitor forestry harvesting operations
- Maintain timber forwarding machinery
The programme ensures learners operate efficiently while complying with safety, environmental, quality, and productivity standards.

- Basic literacy and numeracy recommended
- Physically fit for forestry operations
- Ability to work in outdoor environments
