The Hydraulic Mobile Crane C35 Operator skills programme is a QCTO-accredited training course designed to equip learners with the necessary skills to operate a Hydraulic Mobile Crane C35. This crane is designed for lifting, lowering, and moving loads in suspension, making it essential in industries such as construction, logistics, and heavy lifting operations. The programme provides both theoretical and practical training, covering key aspects like pre-start checks, operational procedures, crane mobilization, and safety regulations to ensure that learners can operate the machinery safely and efficiently.
The course consists of five knowledge modules and six practical modules, completed over 70 days. To enroll, learners must have an NQF Level 2 qualification with Mathematical Literacy and be at least 18 years old, in compliance with Driven Machinery Regulations (DMR) and Occupational Health and Safety Act requirements. Participants will develop hands-on expertise in crane operation, hazard identification, and effective communication in industrial environments. Upon successful completion, learners will receive a QCTO-accredited Occupational Certificate, qualifying them to work as Hydraulic Mobile Crane C35 Operators in various industrial settings.
