The purpose of this course is to equip learners with the knowledge and practical skills to diagnose, repair, and maintain automotive air conditioning (A/C) systems. This includes the use of hand tools, identification of components, and understanding of safety protocols related to gas handling and gas welding or brazing.
Entry Level Requirements
Basic knowledge of automotive systems and mechanical/electrical principles.
Familiarity with general vehicle maintenance and repair.
A/C System Diagnostics: Learn how to assess performance, identify faults, and perform leak detection.
Component Identification: Understand the function and location of key A/C components, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, and expansion valves.
Use of Tools & Equipment: Gain confidence in handling hand tools, pressure gauges, vacuum pumps, and recovery machines.
